A prestigious US law firm is seeking a highly skilled Legal Document Production Specialist to join its London team, providing high-quality document support to lawyers across multiple practice groups.
This role is ideal for an experienced legal document professional with exceptional technical skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for the amendment, formatting, creation and production of complex legal documentation, often working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced document formatting, reformatting and troubleshooting
Amending complex legal documents, agreements and correspondence
Creating and revising documents in line with firm branding and house style
Converting, comparing and proofreading documents
Producing high-quality presentations, reports and client materials
Managing multiple requests simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Working closely with lawyers and business services teams across the UK and US
About You
Previous legal document production experience within a law firm
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, numbering, formatting and document troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, PDF editing and document comparison tools
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and client service skills
Working Pattern
6:00am to 2:00pm
Either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday
Hybrid working with 3 office days (Friday to Sunday) and flexibility on the remaining days
Initial 6-week training period will take place on weekday evenings
