A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior stakeholders within its Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to complex, high-level work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
Support 3–4 Partners in a busy, high-performing practice
Highly varied role involving complex diary management and international travel coordination
Opportunity to work closely with senior fee earners and develop strong internal and client relationships

Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage busy and ever-changing diaries, meetings and schedules
Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
Build strong relationships with clients, fee earners and wider PA network
Handle billing processes, expenses, and liaise with finance teams
Produce high-quality documents, including amendments and formatting to house style
Manage incoming queries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
Maintain accurate filing systems, e-filing and matter management
Provide general administrative support and team cover where required
About You
Previous experience as a Legal PA within a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, confident and able to use initiative independently
Detail-oriented with strong document production skills
Comfortable handling multiple tasks with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with billing processes (ideally 3E)
Familiarity with workflow tools such as BigHand
Typing speed of 60 wpm+ with high accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
