The Role
As a Legal PA, you will deliver high-quality secretarial and administrative support, ensuring fee earners can operate efficiently while maintaining excellent client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Support inbox management and handle correspondence
Assist with client billing, including 3E processes and tracking expenses
Prepare complex legal documents and ensure accuracy
Maintain filing systems, including e-filing and matter management
Coordinate communications and act as a key point of contact
Prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines
Provide wider team support and cover when required
About You
Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Corporate or M&A
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Proactive, adaptable, and able to use initiative
Experienced in document production and billing processes
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and fast, accurate typing
