As a PA, you will deliver a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to a busy group of fee earners, playing a key role in enabling the team to operate efficiently in a fast‑paced legal setting. The role suits someone confident in managing competing priorities, building strong working relationships and taking ownership of their workload.
The role
In this PA position, you will provide proactive support across diary management, complex document production, billing and client administration. You’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently and communicate effectively with lawyers, clients and wider business services teams. Flexibility is essential, as the role may involve supporting different practice groups in response to business needs.
Key responsibilities
Managing diaries, meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
Producing long, complex legal documents to house style with a high level of accuracy
Supporting the client billing process, including preparing bills and liaising with finance teams
Maintaining electronic filing systems and opening new matter files
Acting as a central point of contact for enquiries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Building strong internal and external relationships and sharing knowledge across the team
Skills and experience
Previous experience as a legal PA within Corporate or Finance
Excellent typing, document production and organisational skills
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
Experience with billing systems (3E preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, client‑focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail

The role is based in the law firm’s London office, with 35 hours per week and a hybrid working model offering flexibility between home and office. Agile working patterns are supported, alongside a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
