The Legal PA – Disputes will provide high‑quality, professional support to lawyers, taking ownership of day‑to‑day PA responsibilities and ensuring the smooth running of the team.
Key responsibilities
Provide proactive PA support to lawyers within the disputes team.
Manage diaries, meetings and travel with accuracy and foresight.
Handle calls, emails and messages confidently and professionally.
Coordinate document production, formatting and amendments.
Take ownership of tasks, anticipating needs and prioritising effectively.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and business support teams.
