You will be the first point of contact for partners and fee earners, the person who keeps the team running smoothly and spots problems before they land.

What you will do as Team PA:
Be the first point of contact and tailored support for partners and fee earners
Manage complex diaries and inboxes and head off scheduling clashes
Organise meetings, client functions and seminars
Arrange complex travel, from itineraries and visas to flights and accommodation
Lead the billing process, from draft bills and disbursements to credit notes
Support collections and manage accounts payable and expenses
Open matters, run conflict searches and keep files and the CRM up to date
Share knowledge with junior team members and set the standard for best practice
What you bring:
Ideally around four years as a PA in a law firm or professional services firm
Secretarial qualification desirable (RSA, CILEx, legal secretarial diploma or equivalent)
Confident with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Sharp typing, proofreading and numeracy
Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure, with great attention to detail
