A global law firm is looking for a Receptionist to join its Property & Workplace team, keeping the client floors running smoothly as part of its Front of House service.
The role
First point of contact for clients and visitors, in person, by phone and by email
Own the day-to-day running of the client floor, resolving issues calmly and professionally
Manage helpdesk requests and tickets, logging and escalating as needed
Support document preparation and delivery
Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00-18:00
About you
We’re keen to hear from candidates with a background in either:
A law firm, in a reception or front-of-house role, or accountancy, banking, insurance or similar — with strong client-facing experience, and experience of managing 15+ meeting rooms
