We’re looking for a Legal Receptionist to join the Property & Workplace team in our London office. You’ll be the point of contact for everything happening on the client floors – from managing reservations and the helpdesk, to making sure every visitor and client gets a genuinely first-class experience.
What you’ll be doing
Being the friendly, capable face of the client floors
Owning day-to-day coordination of client requirements
Handling helpdesk requests – logging, resolving and escalating where needed
Supporting document preparation and timely delivery
Solving problems calmly, using your own initiative
Working closely with other teams to keep everything running smoothly

This role runs on an 8-hour shift pattern (including a 1-hour unpaid break) scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00, with some flexibility needed outside these hours.
