A leading boutique law firm — renowned for its private client, family and contentious trusts expertise is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Executive to join its friendly Business Services team.

You’ll take the lead on the Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Spear’s submissions programme — liaising with partners and fee earners to gather standout matter highlights, tracking deadlines, managing referees, and turning rankings feedback into real profile-building opportunities.

Alongside this, you’ll get stuck into CRM-driven BD, market research, pitch content and events — a genuine full-mix marketing and BD role.

✅ 1+ years’ marketing/BD experience in professional services (desirable)
✅ Directory submissions experience a real plus
✅ Sharp attention to detail and top-notch writing skills
✅ A creative, can-do approach to BD
