The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and business development plan. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will lead on campaign execution, digital initiatives, and brand management across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning through to execution and performance analysis
Managing and developing marketing technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and website content
Writing, editing, and reviewing high-quality content for a range of marketing channels
Leading the firm’s social media strategy and ongoing activity
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives
Managing relationships with external agencies to deliver creative campaigns
Coordinating and promoting firm-wide articles and thought leadership content
Overseeing legal directory and award submissions
Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance across digital and offline channels
Advising senior stakeholders on effective marketing approaches and campaign strategies
Supporting internal engagement through training and marketing initiatives
About You
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role
Background in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and digital marketing platforms
Strong understanding of social media and digital campaign optimisation
Experience managing both virtual and in-person events
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing ability
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
CIM qualified, studying towards CIM, or willing to work towards it
