A top international law firm is looking for a Paralegal Supervisor to lead a team of Paralegals and Senior Paralegals supporting a major utilities client, managing land rights matters across new electricity connections – think easements, wayleaves, leases and deeds of variation, from instruction through to completion.
You’ll be the glue between the team and the client: allocating work, coaching on quality, resolving queries, and keeping matters moving at pace across a high-volume caseload.
What you’ll be doing
Allocating and balancing incoming instructions across the team
Acting as first point of contact, guiding matter progression and resolving queries
Reviewing work product and coaching the team to a consistently high standard
Keeping matter management systems, trackers and reporting accurate and up to date
Managing conflict checks and matter openings promptly
Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships
Leading on team development – onboarding, reviews, wellbeing and growth
Supporting utilisation, time recording and WIP management
What you’ll bring
At least 2 years’ Real Estate experience, from a commercial law firm or in-house
A genuine interest in coaching and developing others; supervisory experience a plus
Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels, including Partners and clients
Strong organisational skills and comfort managing competing deadlines
Solid IT and matter management system skills
