A leading international law firm is looking for a polished and proactive Legal Receptionist to join its Property & Workplace team in London.
As the face of the firm, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience and ensuring the smooth running of client-facing areas.
The Opportunity
Join a high-performing Front of House team supporting a dynamic, corporate environment
Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders
Take ownership of client floor operations and day-to-day coordination
Work in a collaborative environment where service excellence is key
Flexible shift pattern between 08:00–19:00 (with occasional out-of-hours support required)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, professional front-of-house service at all times
Manage client interactions, bookings, and meeting room reservations
Act as the central point of contact for client requirements and requests
Support the preparation and timely delivery of documents and materials
Handle helpdesk queries – logging, resolving, and escalating where needed
Maintain accurate systems reflecting daily client activities
Ensure all areas are presented to the highest standard
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support the client journey
About You
Previous experience in a receptionist or client-facing role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Committed to delivering outstanding client service
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
