I’m working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Advisor to join their Reward & HR team.
This is a broad, high-impact role responsible for supporting and developing a comprehensive UK and international benefits offering while contributing to wider reward initiatives. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence reward and benefits strategy across a global organisation.
Key requirements:
Strong employee benefits experience who really understands the benefits processes and feels comfortable dealing with brokers and making recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Strong Excel and analytical capability
Experience within legal or other professional services preferred
Exposure to reward projects advantageous
