Senior Legal Secretary (Bilingual English/French) – London – £65,000

Are you an experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Legal Secretary to join a collaborative and professional team supporting senior legal professionals.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in helping lawyers deliver excellent client service by:

• Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings and schedules.
• Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal and business documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Monitoring inboxes and ensuring correspondence is handled efficiently.
• Supporting billing processes, client onboarding, conflict checks and engagement documentation.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Maintaining client databases and electronic filing systems.
• Assisting with expenses, timesheets and general administrative tasks.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts while providing exceptional service

About you

We’re interested in candidates who have:

• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• At least five years’ experience supporting senior professionals, ideally within a Legal, Private Equity  or financial services environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• A positive, team-focused approach and a professional manner
