A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to play a pivotal role within its Finance function. This is a high-impact leadership position, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to optimise revenue performance, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead a well-established revenue team and act as a trusted business partner to Partners and fee earners, driving strategic improvements in billing, collections, and working capital management
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the revenue and credit control function, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
Drive initiatives to reduce lockup days and enhance billing efficiency
Oversee WIP management, billing cycles, and collections performance
Produce monthly forecasting and reporting on billing and cash collection
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insight on revenue optimisation and financial performance
Support complex and alternative billing arrangements across key clients
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external client finance teams
Contribute to broader finance strategy and operational decision-making

Manage and mentor a team, embedding best practice and high standards
Collaborate with practice groups to ensure effective financial support

Proven experience in a senior revenue or finance leadership role within a professional services environment
Strong technical knowledge of billing, WIP, and credit control processes
Commercially minded, analytical, and detail-oriented
